Bouncy Scale: Elastic Platform Stacking

Core Gameplay
The scale platform is elastic – when a block lands, the platform compresses and bounces slightly. Bouncing can unsettle previously placed blocks. Players must account for bounce height and duration. The goal is to reach the target height while the platform’s bounces decay to zero between placements (or you risk chain reactions).

Level & Content Design
240 levels with varying platform elasticity (soft to firm) and block drop heights (higher drop = bigger bounce). Later levels introduce “double bounce” where a single placement causes two distinct bounce peaks. All levels pre‑loaded; no online features.

Visuals & Experience
Cartoon rubber texture on the platform – bright red, with squash‑and‑stretch animation. Blocks are colourful foam cubes. The bounce is accompanied by a boing sound and a slight screen shake. Background is a simple gradient.

Key Features

Bounce Predictor: Shows the expected maximum bounce height and duration before you place a block.

Stabilisation Wait: Indicator showing when the platform is completely still (green checkmark).

No Microtransactions: One‑time purchase for full game.

User Value
Develops timing and anticipation of dynamic systems. The bouncy mechanic adds a playful, less punishing failure mode (blocks rarely shatter; they just bounce off).
